Ordered a jacket that showed as in…
Ordered a jacket that showed as in stock. Had to go through a full identity and credit verification process before dispatch, including allowing access to my bank. Received an email confirming verification and saying the item was on the way. Later customer service said the item had sold out and claimed they had emailed to tell me, but no such email was ever received. My follow-up message has been ignored for nearly a week. Very poor communication and wasted a lot of my time.

Hasn’t worked out
Ordering the first time didn’t work properly but all was refunded quickly and second time was smooth sailing. Ordered in my usual size but the dungarees were massive! Unable to exchange them as theyre out of stock in that size so I am returning.
