I had high hopes for this company
I had high hopes for this company, but unfortunately, I am deeply disappointed. I initially thought they were reliable, but after multiple attempts to reach them through email, I have received no response. The lack of communication and service delay is very frustrating. I expected much better, and this has been a poor experience overal

EXPIRED PRODUCT
I checked the batch code (found on the bottom of the jar and box) of the cleansing balm I ordered from this site, and it was OVER 3 YEARS OLD! I will not be ordering from this site again. If I were you, I'd pay a little more for guaranteed fresh product(s) that can be easily returned if necessary.

Tried to order some items through the…
Tried to order some items through the site using PayPal and it kept saying my IP address was blacklisted. I have never seen anything like that when ordering anything online before. Seems like a red flag this is a scam site.

This is my 2nd order and you can bet there'll be more.
This is my second order with LaLa Daisy. I really like this company because they seem to care about what the client receives. Each time the items were beautifully packaged, authentic and arrived so much earlier than their estimated arrival time. They care enough to ship super timely and beautifully wrapped showing care for the products they are selling, AND that they care about my opinion of them. Just as importantly they are competitive in their pricing. Sure there are some that might seem slightly cheaper, but when I look at the service provided by LLD - well, there just is "no comparison." Thanks so much LLD!

Missing seal, obviously diluted
Bought Davines Love shampoo, got suspicious when the seal on the bottle was missing. Still had an existing bottle to compare to, the product from Lala Daisy was obviously diluted. Returning immediately, hopefully no issues with a refund.

Fake Products
Received two Davines products that smelled terrible. One of them had alcohol and acted like hairspray even thought it is a spray on conditioner. I've used these products for years and these bottles had something else in them.

Awesome products at a great price.
Just ordered Living Proof Full Dry Volume Blast 7.5 oz and EVO Water Killer Dry Shampoo 4.3 oz. Received them in 5 days and I live in a rural area. Both products were exactly as I have ordered from other places and were top notch. I called twice and was greeted with excellent customer service. Will be ordering again from LaLa Daisy at about half the price. Thanks LaLa Daisy.
