Amazing flavor,disolves easily ,
Amazing flavor,disolves easily , I am addicted. Hopefully they reduce the the price sice is kind costly. Amazing creamer!

No “natural” flavors
It’s great to purchase from a brand using clean ingredients. In our house we try to avoid “natural flavors” and stick with just real food and there are only a few brands that we can find- Laird, Siggis, and Siete are our favorites.

I am not happy that I am given no…
I am not happy that I am given no warning that an order will be packed and shipped regularly. NO excuse for this since you sent out dozens of promotions. Since I have no record of what is on that order and the only way to change it is a ridiculous code confirmation to log in, which fails each time, for one reason or another, since the time I get the code is already past the time required, so round and round, and then I get locked out. Can someone please answer if I am the only one who has faced this? I will be happy for some help here, but for now, I cannot receive that order when it comes, and I want a refund

In decline after strong start
Laird started out strong and seems to be declining as of lately.I get emails with promotional advertising a certain % off and then clicking on the link, the % is less than the email offers.I also recently received an email saying that since I have not responded to their emails in some time, they were going to drop me from the email list.What kind of company would threaten a 3 year existing customer like that??

I was super excited and then let down
After waiting to try this, I was super excited to try it. I came across it in a health food store in Oklahoma. I brought the matcha latte and the sweet and creamy creamer. I haven't had the match yet, but the coffee isn't what I expected. It tastes like coffee and coconut. I will buy and add another creamer to see if it makes a difference, but I doubt I will not purchase it again. I really wasn't impressed with the taste. I will say that it dissolves very easily with the adaptogens in it. I will finish the products brought. It was worth the try.

WOW. Just Wow!
WOW. Just wow. Between amazing customer service (replacing an order that didn't show up) and the unreal taste and freshness of their products (I tried 4 and ALL of them knocked it out of the park!), I can't give Laird Superfood a better review. The pumpkin spice creamer made my entire kitchen smell like cinnamon. So fresh and clean tasting. The creamer with mushrooms makes me feel like a million bucks when I use it. I love this brand AND what it's owners stand for.

Worst company
Well well, I see I'm not the only one with an issue with customer service. I have called and left 3 voice-mails and emailed 3 times with zero response. I am escalating my issue to the BBB and posting on any site that Lairds is listed on, including the sponsor you tuber that they use. I am highly disappointed in what has happened - I feel scammed and will let everyone know. Give me back my money you theives!

Not impressed...
I bought Laird Superfood Creamer thinking that with the word "creamer" on the package it might be a suitable replacement for Dairy cream. Nope..not even close.Steve
