Top Notch Customer Service!
We ordered a rug for our living room that unfortunately never made it to our apartment. I contacted the company and they were very helpful in assisting me with my troubles and offered to send a new rug to us! We are very thankful for the speedy responses and fast shipping!

Great customer service
Beautiful designs and very nicely made. There was a shipping delay but customer service responded quickly and was very transparent. I would definitely order from them again.

excellent!
The customer service I received when my rug was not delivered was fast, responsive, and super helpful. I feel like those things are usually a pain in the butt, but this was no hassle at all. I have wanted this rug for years, I love it.The design is so pretty, I can’t wait to put it in my home!

Various rugs for each season
I had the Christmas rug and liked it do I purchased 2 others as the holiday was over!!Easy to wash. So I just now order 2 “insect” 2x3 rugs for my kitchen for spring, summer and fall. Then back to Christmas!!!Like the none slip backing

The customer service was excellent
The customer service was excellent. I did not like the return policy since my return would’ve came out to $120, but the customer care team did an excellent job at providing a solution and i re-ordered the correct color rug!

I love the Lahome rug that we purchased…
