Very disappointing

I recently purchased a $158 cotton Lacoste polo from the Sherway Gardens location. I was initially very happy with the purchase. Unfortunately, after only the first wash, the polo shrunk significantly—up to my belly, making it unwearable.The shirt was washed strictly according to the care instructions on the label and air‑dried. I own many Lacoste cotton polos and am very careful with cotton garments, knowing they don’t tolerate heat well. All my other Lacoste polos are perfectly fine—this is the only one that shrunk, which strongly suggests it was a defective piece.When I returned to the store to raise the concern, I was told the manager was unavailable. The next day, the store manager, Sara, called me back and refused the return. What was most disappointing was the rude and dismissive attitude, with no genuine attempt to understand the issue or offer a reasonable solution for a clearly faulty product.For a premium brand like Lacoste, I expected better quality control and far better customer service, especially on a high‑priced item. This experience has seriously affected my confidence in both this store and how customer concerns are handled.Very disappointing

There is currently a massive problem with Lacoste Online Ordering

There is currently a massive problem with Lacoste online ordering. If THEY send you an incorrect order they WONT be resending you the correct one.I ordered a pair of 12 US shoes. Their online sizes don’t indicate what metric they are using, but having ordered before I assumed it would still be US. I received a pair of 13 US. After waiting four days of not getting a response from returns and having to contact them again, Ive been told I can send my shoes back for a refund, but I wont be receiving an exchange because they don’t do that. So I have to reorder. Besides being a giant waste of time for no outcome, no compensation, why would I reorder? They’ll most likely just send me 13s again. I was directed to try one of their stores. Unfortunately, the Lacoste employee suggesting this didn’t actually check if there were any stores near me. The nearest (and only) one, besides being one hour travel away, isn't even open till the 2nd of April! Truly one of the most disappointing and unhelpful customer experiences Ive ever had. Lacoste could seriously care less about customers. A shame, because I quite like their shoes usually.

A complete joke

A complete joke. I've bought sneakers, that looked different in the photo than they did in real life. In reality, the soles were yellowed and streaked. I reported this to the customer service (Mr. Joshua), and initially asked for an exchange, but they refused, saying that yellowing was normal for this product. Ok, but then I wanted to return them, and asked for the return label - they immediately refused, arguing, that the shoes are worn !!!!! which of course isn't true, as I just bought them and have never worn them. At first they say, the yellowing is the manufacturing result, when I asked for the return - the yellowing suddenly was the result of me wearing the shoes !!!!On top - In the original photos on the website, the yellowing was almost completely photoshopped. The name of she sneakers is: Sneakers Aura in off white/pink. Well, the company is a disaster! I will certainly never recommend this company to anyone after the way I was treated. It's ridiculous and disappointing that such a large company doesn't take responsibility for its own products and would risk everything..... for 60 euros.

Never delivered my order then ghosted

Ordered on March 6th, still not recieved anything, checked my confirmation email and it says it was delivered on March 13th (it wasn't). Reached out to customer support nothing back. Won't be ordering from here again!

Grateful for Trustpilot

I wanted to buy a pair of sneakers on the official Lacoste website. I tried 2 browsers, cleared cookies and everything I could. It kept saying "Access denied". Ok. I'll buy another brand in a normal store where the website works, I thought. Then out of curiosity I looked at Lacoste reviews and wow! I'm glad their website doesn't work. It saved me from trouble. Thank you, Lacoste :-)

Polo Shirts - do NOT waste your money

I have bought numerous Lacoste products over the years but no more, until they fix one glaring fault; Polo shirts!Even when following cleaning instructions to the letter they always shrink by at least one size when washed.Not acceptable!!

Never left the factory

Ordered a pair of trainers on the 22nd feb, delivery was given for Friday 27th feb, checked the night before with courier via tracking number, "order received but no package", knew it wasn't going to arrive. Called lacaste on the Monday, "we will have to investigate the order hasn't left the factory", it can take up to 30 days to investigate, asked for a refund as I was not willing to wait that long and was refused as it was longer than 45 minutes after my order. Absolutely shocking customer service, still heard nothing from Lacoste, raised a claim via paypal. Never buy direct again.

Lost returns, no response

Lost returns, poor customer service - 2 coats returned only 1 credit. Provided all requests proof of return and no response. Currently blocking payment with Credit card company.

Poor customer service

This company had horrible customer service. I called the company stating that my package got stolen after seeing a man flat out steal my package from the front door cam history, and the agent didn’t care at all and just told me to call my credit card company for a chargeback. No offer to replace the package, didn’t care either that I wanted to rebuy the item if they honored the same sale price.From the comments here, it looks like I am not alone.On another note, the customer service in the flagship store is A+ but I would never shop online again and would simply encourage customers to visit a store physically. Still worth it as the products are great.
