Exchange was a mess
Took two days for original order. Shoes didnt fit. So we called for an exchange. It took over a week to get the exchange. The promise to ship once they had the notice that the ones I dropped off were headed back there way didn’t happen. And then for weeks I didn’t review so I got email after email until I couldn’t take it anymore

I have never seen a shipping service…
I have never seen a shipping service this slow. I highly recommend you spend more money on shipping and make sure a package arrives within 3-5 business days. My package arrived in 8 total days which is too slow and caused me inconvenience.
