Absolutely one of the most frustrating…

Absolutely one of the most frustrating online shopping experiences I’ve had in a long time. I placed a simple order expecting a smooth process, but everything went wrong from start to finish. The website showed items as available, yet after ordering, things suddenly became “unavailable” or were replaced with completely different products.Shipping was a mess — tracking updates made no sense and the package arrived late with missing items. Trying to get help was even worse. Customer service felt completely useless, with agents repeating the same scripted responses and offering no real solution. It honestly felt like no one cared about fixing the issue.On top of that, the pricing and promotions are confusing and misleading. Discounts don’t apply the way they should, and returns feel unnecessarily complicated.

I am being harrassed by a collection…

I am being harrassed by a collection agency over a Kohls Capitol One charge I never made. They say the charge was $71.00 and has gone up to $209. I told them if I made the charge I would pay it. I did not make the charge and they are insisting I did make the charge in 2024. I found out about it in January of 2026 after my credit score went from 803 down to 583. I have contacted Kohls Office of the President and Capitol One with no help at all. Buyer beware.

Think Again

1 Star. Only because there's not a zero star option. Online purchase went fine. But shipping was sketchy right from the start. "Expected March 28." Then the tracking said "Arriving March 31." Then on March 30, I was notified that the package had been returned to sender because the address was vacant and there was no forwarding address. This address is NOT vacant. I've been here over 5 years.So I called Customer Service. She researched the order, and told me that the package had been returned, right after I explained that the package had been returned. She told me that once they receive the package back, a refund can take up to 30 days to be issued. I explained that I wasn't interested in a refund, I would really like to have that item, just resend the package. She informed me that was not an option. So now I have to wait, start over, and they get to use that money for up to 30 days. Sorry Kohl's... I won't be back.

will never shop on line at Kohls again

ordered $164.40 worth of women's clothing. on 3/23/26- 4 items, received 3 within a few days, however never got a confirmation of order to my Email acc't and no packing slip with the items received.ordered 2 prs. of slacks, bedroom slippers and shoes.slacks and bedroom slippers received, still have not received the shoes.slacks were neither short or petite size as had ordered, asnd need to return them . As for the slippers, too big and want to return them. tried to find my order on line and could not because even though I ordered as a guest they would not let me in as a guest and wanted me to sign up as a member. When I finally got to speak to someone, they had a difficult time finding my order. Once they did, they send me a copy of the items that I had received but I am not able to copy it and that email has disappeared from my lap top. As for the shoes I am told I should received them by 3/31/26 but if they do not arrive by that time, I cannot do a search for them before Fri. 4/ 3/26. I will never shop online at Kohl's again.

Never received a package

Never received a package. The only option they provide was to dispute the charge with my credit card company. What kind of customer service is that? I will never spend another dime at this place.

Unable to make a return because of the…

Unable to make a return because of the way the items were ticketed even though I had the receipts. This used to be a great place to shop, but they have sunk so low that I will not being shopping with them in the future.

My shipping order is taking longer than…

My shipping order is taking longer than usual over 2 weeks. It was a birthday gift for my granddaughter which was 3/22 and still haves received item been delayed 3 times. I will never order again at kohl’s

I was requesting a price adjustment

I was requesting a price adjustment on an order that I still have yet to receive. I used the buy one get one for 50% off. The swimsuits are currently $5 cheaper, I ordered 2. They said I would have to reorder and return merchandise to the store. They are birthday presents and are already late according to their own shipping so thats just what I want to do is reorder so I can wait another week or so. I rarely order from Kohls and now I remember why.

Positive Shopping Experience

My in-store shopping experiences have always been pleasant! They run good sales and the associates are always friendly.I recently ordered a few items of clothing online and they arrived quickly and as described, except that the fit between two size medium tank tops of identical style in different colors was not consistent; one fit slightly tighter than the other even though they were the exact same product. It is worth mentioning that I kept both of them because they were both wearable.I did return a pair of shorts that were too big, to the nearest store, and I had absolutely no problems returning them. I returned them the same week I received them and I could either get my money back, exchange them, or get a store credit, which is what I did! Kohl's runs good sales, has friendly associates and they have a good variety of good quality clothes for what you pay.
