Do not be misled by the follow-up comments from Kogan suggesting they are engaged and responsive.Despite providing clear and irrefutable evidence, including their own advertisement showing the correct product configuration, and escalating this matter five separate times, there has still not been any meaningful response or resolution.The only engagement has been surface-level replies, while the core issue remains completely unaddressed.It is particularly disappointing because the public responses create the impression that Kogan is actively working to resolve issues, however that has not been my experience.In reality, even after repeated escalation and providing clear supporting evidence, there has been no accountability and no outcome.Based on this experience, I would strongly caution others to look beyond the public replies and consider whether issues are actually being resolved.
