Love the size
Love the size, the lack of advertising, the page turning buttons and that I can connect it directly to my library. The soft color is a nice touch. The only downside is the smaller selection of books. So many of my favorite writers are on Amazon or audible only. Real bummer but the Kobo itself is fantastic.

One stop shop!
Great selection of books; reasonable prices, ease of switching between devices/fast synchronization; Google Drive feature is great for putting old books/fanfics/articles onto my kobo!!!! They even have a beta feature that lets you search the internet!I got my kobo a month ago and have only had to charge it once! Battery life is insane

It took more than 10 days and so many…
It took more than 10 days and so many emails to be able to change a order. It was written that I could do it fast, but for some reason it took ages.Ah and I was not refunded the whole amount, and now the support is silent to my emails.It was my fault to order the wrong item in the beginning, but the customer experience was really bad.
