I had an issue with a key
I had an issue with a key. So I contacted their customer support. While waiting for a reply, someone else used my key and thus I lost it. Now they tell me that they can't help me due to they key being activated after I bought it. Such a shit company that can't even keep their product safe on their own site.

This is the last time I will ever buy…
This is the last time I will ever buy anything from this website or recommend it. I bought PSN keys for $25. Immediately went to redeem it and it says it's already used. Contact the support, they drag me on for days, I provided all of the evidence that they required. They didn’t refund me or send a new key. They dragged on to the point that the ticket was automatically closed, and for what Fu*ing $25. Shame on you. You just lost more than one customer, everybody that I know and more are in disbelief, because they too were your customers, not anymore.

I bought arma 3 on kinguin for £14
I bought arma 3 on kinguin for £14, I completed my purchase it said preparing for about 20 minutes, it then randomly said cancelled, I got refunded my money IN STORE CREDIT... I then attempt to buy the same game again and within an hour has gone from £14, up to £32? This has got to be a scam of some sort. I can't even get my money back from store credit to my bank so I can't use my money anywhere else.

i wanted a key but received 2 keys that didnt work and they told me it takes 24 hours each time to make a new key i dont know what wrong with these people there are far more better sites where when this shit happens you get an instant reply from the support!
