I would not recommend shopping from…
I would not recommend shopping from this company. I ordered my shoes on the 12th March and the last tracking update was the 17th March, which is nearly two weeks!! I filled out their online form (no response), and I emailed them (also no response). It’s now been nearly 3 weeks, still no shoes and no communication.

Legit
I ordered the Jordan 11 Rare Air and they were legit. I wasn't to sure but I did alot of research on authentication vs fakes and I have a black light to see the errors that the naked eye can't see. I was satisfied to know that I purchased a real pair and I would order from kickscrew again. The shipping time was on point also. I ordered on Thursday and received my shoes on Wednesday the following week. All in all I give them 5 stars.

A mixed experience as a first time customer…
I like the great variety of products offered and also the pricing is very attractive. The UI is easy to navigate and product pics are v comprehensive. So website and navigation 5⭐️Ordering was also simple to navigate and since they’re compatible with the Shop app, ordering is a breeze. Now my pain point is expected date of delivery and communications beyond point of sale. The promised/ expected date of delivery and actual varied by 2 weeks, and enquiries about my order also were not entertained in a timely fashion (email customer svs on 11th and again on 17th March; only received reply on 21st). Would suggest more accurate delivery dates and timely comms for customer svs enquiries to encourage customers to continue to patronise your site. I really want to buy more from you guys but I hesitate… Hoping things can get better and I’ll be a returning customer 😄

Very bad experience
Very bad experience. I waited more than a month for shoes that never arrived. The shipping status stayed at “label created” and the carrier never actually received the package.The lack of follow-up and the long wait make me not trust buying here again. If you’re thinking about ordering, keep in mind you might end up waiting a long time and never receive your item.
