Customer service is non existent
Customer service is non existent. I am still waiting on a response from an email sent March 17th. On March 18th Nicole sent a email saying my email was directed to the appropriate department. I am yet to hear anything else. I removed all the items I planned on purchasing and placed a smaller order, because I do not want to get scammed. The items came and they appear to look as advertised. I prefer to do business with companies that value their customers.

This!Although I’m not a MUA, and I am still in training of learning how to put my makeup on. Wonderful products but bad service
Wonderful products but delivery didn't happen in the promised 2 days. No reply to emails to customer service. All kind of inconvenient if you're traveling in the US and need to return to Europe.
