She is 2000 miles away in Tucson and it's my daughter's birthday. It's Friday and 3 hours to florist closing. They are so accommodating!"Yes we have several bouquets with the minimum cost with which we believe you will be very pleased!""Yes we can recommend, and we would make a popular beautiful bouquet with vase. And would you like to include a gift card? And include a box of chocolates?""Yes we can probably get it there before ending deliveries today. If not, it will be delivered Saturday morning.""Yes we will call first."2 hours later: "Oh? she won't be home until Monday morning?...so we will be happy to deliver it then."Monday morning, daughter calls, and as with jumping up and down with joy and emoticons, says,"OH MY GOSH, IN 50 YEARS THIS IS ABSOLUTELY THE MOST GORGEOUS BOUQUET I HAVE EVER RECEIVED OR SEEN!" "THANK YOU SO VERY MUCH, DAD!"

Yellow roses, baby’s breath and fern arrangement arrived as ordered. My friends in Central Point Oregon sent me a picture of their roses and vase. I paid the extra charge for a little nicer quality roses and it was well worth it. (I chose this option instead of adding chocolates or balloons.)I seldom gush about quality of products and services in reviews but these roses were simply perfect. Really first rate. Price was fair. I will definitely use JustFlowers again.

I ordered the “My Sweet Pea” arrangement expecting something that resembled the photo shown on the website—a neatly designed gift-style arrangement with a decorative container and quality presentation. What was delivered looked completely different.The flowers themselves were loosely arranged and lacked the polished, “gift” presentation shown online. More disappointing was the chocolate add-on, which appeared to be a handful of small, generic wrapped candies rather than an actual box of chocolates as expected. It honestly looked like leftover Halloween candy, which was embarrassing given that this was a gift.I contacted customer service the same day, and the only resolution offered was a $10 refund, which does not come close to addressing the difference between what was advertised and what was delivered.I would not recommend ordering from this company if you expect your purchase to match the photos on their website. This felt misleading and not worth the price paid.

Delivered flowers that were appropriate for delivery to a cemetery not to celebrate a birthday. The card read “thinking of you”! This pathetic excuse for a company will never see another penny of my money and I will not stop until everyone I know is aware of just how unreliable this organization truly is!!!!!!

I am filing a formal complaint against JustFlowers.com regarding a failed and highly insensitive service related to a condolence flower delivery.On 03/24/2026 , I placed an order totaling $90.73 for a sympathy flower arrangement to be delivered to a grieving family in Rupert, Vermont, following a death in the family. This was not a casual or celebratory occasion—it was a time-sensitive and emotionally significant delivery.The company initially confirmed that the flowers would be delivered the next day (Wednesday). However, no delivery was made. When I contacted customer service, I was told the delivery would instead occur on Friday, and I was given a verbal guarantee that it would be completed by then.On Friday evening, I received an email stating that the flowers could not be delivered due to a “delay,” with no clear explanation provided. At no point did the company proactively communicate this issue or provide a reasonable solution.Because of the nature of the situation, I made it clear that I did not want to contact the grieving family to verify delivery, out of respect for their privacy and mourning. The company’s failure placed me in an uncomfortable and distressing position.This is not the first time I have experienced issues with this company. A previous order was delivered late and in poor condition, requiring replacement.Due to the failure to deliver the service as promised, I requested that the order be canceled if it could not be completed by a specific deadline. The company canceled the order and stated that a refund would be issued within four days. At this time, I am awaiting confirmation that the refund has been processed.This complaint is based on the following concerns:* Failure to deliver a time-sensitive order* Failure to honor a guaranteed delivery date* Lack of transparency and communication* Poor handling of a sensitive, bereavement-related situation* Pattern of unsatisfactory service based on prior experienceI strongly advise others to exercise caution when using this company, particularly for important or time-sensitive occasions.Sincerely,Bill C

Total scam, charged almost twice as much as quoted and then tried to get an additional $13 for some unanticipated delivery cost. Did not deliver what was promised, substituted tiny, trashy arrangement. Will never use again.
