Out of stock experience
Had an issue where none of my order was in stock besides a very small item. I was reached out to immediately and was let known about it, and was asked if I wanted something else and it would be sent with a free gift for the hassle. At the time, nothing else on the website was showing it wad in stock BESIDES what I ordered so it was a bit confusing. I ended up declining ordering anything and they sent an email saying “Are you sure there isn’t anything I can do? I can recommend similar products, or we could let you wait until things are restocked so you get your order” I said no and just a refund. This happened over a couple days but genuinely great service, a bit insistent where it can become uncomfortable or aggitating, but really good. Only putting 3 stars cause I wasn’t really able to ever receive anything from this company.
