Excellent customer service and excellent communication
My experience with Jomashop was initially frustrating. The representative handling trade-ins did not return my phone calls or emails, and it took three days to receive a response. As a first-time buyer of a luxury timepiece, this left me with a poor impression.However, after contacting customer service, Annela stepped in and completely turned things around. She was attentive, professional, and guided me through purchasing my new Rolex while ensuring prompt shipping. Her excellent communication and dedication made all the difference.Overall, while my experience started on a sour note, Annela’s outstanding customer service restored my confidence.

Adoma Flowery and Woodsy--Delightful
I have had two orders of Dior J'Adore. The first was for two purse-size vials, and the second for a 1.3 oz. tester size. Dior does not seem to offer cologne in this aroma, only perfume (which I cannot afford). I fell in love with this from an ad in "Vogue." The aroma is both flowery and woodsy and just delightful. Jomashop met my needs perfectly with these sizes.

Website Confusion.
I placed an order and put the wrong phone number. When I went to edit the order information change, the order was canceled. I had to replace the order and now I have 2 large charges posted on my account. Hopefully they'll remove the second charge without me having to contact my bank. If they correct the issue and deliver on time. I will update to a 5 star review. If not I will update accordingly. :)

Expensive watch and NO order and no shipping update!
I ordered a watch online almost a month ago. I have zero updates. I've tracked the order and it says "awaiting shipment." I reached out last week via phone AND chat... phone call I held for 30 minutes and then was told the same thing. If I go online right now it says the item will ship within 3 days... when I bought it was ship within 3 weeks. They said the item was arriving in 3 days and would ship. I go online again today and it still says awaiting shipment - I can't get online chat as "no one is available" and I will not sit on the phone for 30 minutes on hold. Don't recommend buying from Jomashop!

Don't order anything off JOMASHOP!! They are brutal. They take your order and deliver it in bits. I've really never had a problem with their shipping. It is what it is. But the last time was horrible. I ordered fragrances and it took a MONTH plus to get to me. I was leaving the country and I told them to cancel it. I was at the airport on the 1st of March and I got an email saying that it has shipped!! Go figure!! I was not there to receive my order. When I got back and I asked the neighbors is anyone had taken it off in, but no one had. I have sent them MANY emails but I might as well be looking up a dog's ass. I have bought many things off Jomashop...but NEVER again. 😡😡😡😡
