The flight calls for helpful ground and aircraft personnel, my only complaint is that one of the wheels on my luggage on the ATΗ-ΜΑΝ flight broke and I couldn't support my luggage because it fell.And while I went straight to the airport's lost and found counter upon arrival, they told me that they don't compensate, we are very sorry, I have traveled a lot and I know the regulations.

Jet2 flights were excellent but whoever has designed the new oversize luggage pick up at Leeds has no clue. It causes a huge bottle neck.
