Terrible service at Dundrum town…
Terrible service at Dundrum town centre.. I'm waiting at the til, there's one girl standing at the side of the tils on her phone swinging her lanyard around. The guy who served me eventually is unsmiling... probably because he's the only one doing any work!

Dont buy e voucher
Dont buy e voucher . I bought an e voucher for a kids birthday. Needed a last minute gift idea. I wanted to put it in thet birthday card. Purchased at 11.20 am its now 2pm still waiting . Customer service said it can take upto an hour but couldn't give any support . Never again .

Poor in store experience Blackpool
Really poor experience in the Blackpool store. One changing room open on a saturday which was madness. Changing rooms were also not supervised so I was next and waited close to 15minutes with a family in ahead of me who kept going back out to the floor to get more items. Not a manager in sight, just kids working there who were afraid to say anything & certainly not their fault. Disappointing.

JD Liffey Valley customer service
I was in JD Liffey Valley today with my 2 sons and a member of staff called Tyler was extremely helpful. He went out of his way getting me what I needed along with helpful advice. He took his time with us and helped us place an order on the JD website. Although the store was busy I found the staff to be very attentive and helpful.

Never again JD Sports in Blanchardstown…
Was in JD Sports in Blanchardstown today. About to spend 160e on shoes for my son and the attitude from the “assistant” was so poor we just left. The sense of ambivalence and poor attitude is obviously condoned by mgt in store as he had no problem with his behaviour. Never again!
