I am writing this review to warn other international buyers—specifically those shipping to Argentina—about the complete lack of support and transparency from JB Tools.I placed an order through Amazon (Order # 111-0779736-7653057), and since then, my package has been stuck in a shipping "no man’s land." Amazon’s tracking claims the order has departed JB Tools’ facilities, yet UPS shows they haven't even received the package. When I reached out for clarity, the experience went from confusing to professionally negligent.The "Lame Excuse" and Broken Promises:On April 8th, I spoke with an agent named Jackie via their website chat. After explaining the discrepancy between Amazon and UPS tracking, I was given the classic "lame excuse": she claimed they needed to speak with the warehouse and would get back to me via email as soon as they had information. This was clearly a stall tactic. It has been several days, and—predictably—no email has arrived.The Multi-Channel Silence:What is most frustrating is that JB Tools isn't just failing on one front; they are failing on all of them. I have attempted to resolve this through every available channel:Email: Multiple messages sent to their support address have gone completely unanswered.Amazon Messaging: I have reached out through the official Amazon platform to keep a record of the transaction issues, and they have ignored those as well.Live Chat: As mentioned, the promises made during the chat were never honored.The Bottom Line:Shipping internationally already comes with its own set of anxieties regarding customs and logistics. You expect a vendor to at least provide accurate data or, at the very minimum, answer a direct question. Instead, JB Tools has taken my money and opted for a policy of silence.If you are looking for a reliable vendor who values customer service and follows through on their word, look elsewhere. I am still waiting for an actual update on where my property is, but given their track record this week, I’m not holding my breath for a professional response.UPDATE: April 12, 2026 – The Runaround Continues with More ContradictionsI am updating this review because the situation has gone from a simple shipping delay to a masterclass in customer service "gaslighting."On April 10th, I followed up via chat again after being ignored for 8 days. I spoke with the same agent, Jackie, and the story has completely changed. Here is the breakdown of the "lame excuses" and why this company is unreliable:1. The "Distributor" Blame-Shift:In our first chat, I was told they were "checking with the warehouse." Now, the story is that the order was "shipped directly from our distributor." As the merchant of record on Amazon, JB Tools is responsible for the logistics. Shifting the blame to an unnamed distributor after 8 days of silence is a transparent tactic to avoid accountability.2. The "Third-Party Seller" Myth:When I asked why the item—which never reached UPS—couldn't simply be reshipped, I was told: "We cannot replace order that was ordered from Amazon. We're just a third party seller." This is factually incorrect and a blatant excuse. As a third-party seller on Amazon, you have every tool available to create a replacement shipment or a new fulfillment order. Claiming your hands are tied by the platform you chose to sell on is an insult to the customer's intelligence.3. Another "Same-Day" Promise Broken:During the chat on April 10th, Jackie explicitly promised: "You'll receive an email once successfully refunded... [receiving it] Today." It is now April 12th. Surprise, surprise—no email has arrived, and no refund has been processed.The Pattern of Behavior:April 8: Promised an email update. (Never happened)April 8-10: Ignored emails and Amazon platform messages. (Complete silence)April 10: Promised a refund and a confirmation email "today." (Never happened)JB Tools seems to operate on a policy of "tell them whatever they want to hear to get them off the chat," with zero intention of following through. If you are in Argentina or anywhere else expecting professional service, be warned: they will take your money, lose your package, and then stall you with a script of contradictions until you give up.Still waiting on my refund. Still being ignored.
