Complete scam
Complete scam. I bought a lifetime deal from them and now that I need the VPN, all their pages after login redirects to a page to port my account to PureVPN where they are asking for my credit card details again and it fails to port. All their support pages redirect to the same page with no luck.

Is it a scam?
I recently bought the 5 year package, because I needed a VPN. so I looked it up online, which ones were the most popular and such. I chose ivacy, because they had a fantastic deal going on, and the 31 day money back guarantee, so even if I didn’t like it, I could just get my money back. HOWEVER… When the deal went through, I didn’t get an option to download anything or create an account, and I tried to contact the costumer support, because my mail wasn’t linked to my purchase even though I had received a receipt.Their live chat doesn’t work. I found 3 different mails, and 2 of them don’t work anymore, and the one, that has seemed to go through, they’re not answering. I am literally wondering if this is a real company, even though people have reviewed it and there are articles about it.

New owners, no care for existing customers
Purchased a lifetime sub over 5 years ago, had to contact support to get it reenabled. Lifetime to them is 5years... recently cannot login as they have new owners forcing users to agree to continue service, stripping my lifetime purchase again and forcing me to pay their yearly fee. No thanks, dodgy as they come. Dont write cheques you cant cash.

I purchased a 60 month plan in 2024 and…
I purchased a 60 month plan in 2024 and paid in full. The VPN website is no longer working as of March 2025 and Ivacy merged with another company so can not reach them. There is no way to reverse the credit card charge for it has been almost a year from paying. Avoid this company.

Very low price
Very low price, I bought it on Dec 2023, a five year plan. At first it was not working, but after some reply with their tech support, it became available. Like a magic, (I'm in China mainland), this VPN works better and better. Though it's strange, but it's fact too. The most beautiful featuer is, this VPN has no traffic limit. So I can use it all day. Sometimes it goes offline, but don't worry, just re-connect.

SAD ITS GONE
I purchased a lifetime subscription to Ivacy and about 7 years ago, about 5 years into my subscription, it stopped working. I contacted their support and they replied straight away and sorted the issue. However recently I haven't been able to log in and tried to contact support again but it's been impossible to get them on their chat or raise a ticket and they have not responded by email. I finally managed to resolve my issue quickly by contacting PureVPN, who issued me a 5-year plan, which hopefully will be renewed again in 5 years.

ivacy was aquired by PureVPN on Aug 2023
ivacy vpn works . may not be the fastest vpn service around , and may not have a server in every country but it works. works on windows, works on my linux.it has a firefox plugin so no real complaint.tickets were answered.However, they closed their business on Aug 2023 and migrated all users to PureVPN 5 year plan.Good right ? almost. many of Ivacy customers actually bought a lifetime license (for example via stack social web site , black Friday deals and alike) so the migration is kind of a downgrade. PureVPN doesn't have a lifetime plan.

I purchased a lifetime subscription to Ivacy and about 3 years into my subscription, they tried to charge me again. I contacted their support and they replied straight away and sorted the issue. However recently I haven't been able to log in and tried to contact support again but have been totally ignored! Looks like I'll need to purchase a new subscription elsewhere!
