Not my first time purchasing from Italist, I've purchased several luxury bags and clothing, they always arrive in perfect condition. In contrast to another big luxury online retailer starting with letter 'C' which always sends flawed items, I would recommend going with these guys instead. Thank you for providing excellent service and products at great prices!

Return is a hassle. Do not recommend shopping at the site unless you plan to keep the item you order. I keep asking how much a refund will be if i return the item i purchased from usa. I have not received a response. I paid over $650 and on the return invoice they provided it says the item is $320. So i keep emailing them to find out why the amount is so low and if that’s the amount i will be getting back and they have not responded. Too much hassle

If I could give zero stars, I would. Customer service is terrible and they charge duties on items under $800 even though the Supreme Court ruled this unconstitutional of February 24, 2026. The charge to return one item is $60 deducted from your return amount and duties they legally never should have charged are NOT refunded. Buyer beware!

Extremely disappointing experience. They took 150 euro from my card without pre-notice for a “recurrent subscription” i do not remember agreeing to. This happened more than one year after my last transaction on their website. They refused to return the amount. Felt abusive.

Ordered Julius Tart sunglasses as a Valentine's present. First, it took over a week to get the size confirmed of the pair Italist had on sale on their site. I bought them, indicating that delivery of the present had now become urgent. Italist confirmed my order and indicated that they would do their best to get it shipped asap. It is now nearly three weeks later.... I was in the meantime assured three times by Italist that the glasses had been shipped, but in reality nothing has been shipped as yet. Customer contact is very friendly and cooperative, apologizing all the time and indicating that they are in close contact with the supplier to get the matter resolved "asap". Apparently without much effect.... Last week I asked Italist very explicitly what was going on with my order and why the glasses had not been shipped yet, but did not get any response since. So I am currently totally in the dark about the status of my order. Italist reaction on my initial review a week ago to contact Charlie of CS did not work out, as you can only mail to CS in general. I will sent them a last mail today, att Charlie, in the hope that there will finally become clarity on the status of my order. Update: I got on Monday a message on behalf of Charlie that Italist had been in direct contact with the supplier and that the Supplier had shipped the sunglasses. Something I had already heard three times, but you think Italist will not say this once again when it is not true...however, it is now Tuesday, 17.00 and the UPS Express tracking says the same as I have been looking at since February 17: "we are still to receive your package...." And also Italist's reaction is again as usual: we are sorry and will monitor progress and if needed we will escalate it to our supplier blablablabla. I am angry at myself putting up for so long with these people, ruining my wife's Valentine..........
