awful! never shopping again!
I reached out to their customer service about my order that was missing and they issued a refund BUT then it was retracted. When I reached out to customer service and asked why the refund was retracted, they just reiterated like a robot that it will be released within 2-3 banking days. Guess what? I still don't have it after a week.

No contact no refund no communication
No contact with the company. Sent a return 2 weeks ago no contact with me for a refund. Somehow managed to find an email to contact them they just sent you a acknowledgement email and then radio silence. Very poor. I still want a full refund for the items sent back

Poor customer service
I’ll write a review, that way I may finally be able to get a response from this shocking company! So here goes… again! I wanted to return something to you. I checked out as a guest and I must have got my email wrong as I didn’t get any confirmation. That part, I know is my fault but anyway. I have tried countless times to try and contact you guys to retrieve my order number to return to you. It’s impossible! I’ve emailed several times and attempted to speak to someone in the web chat. I got absolutely no where and given up. But I just wanted to leave this review here for my own satisfaction and to highlight this to others.I SAW IT FIRST, you SUCK!

I purchased an item on the 19/05/24
I purchased an item on the 19/05/24. The item was too big so I returned it. I received confirmation email on the 29/05/2024 that my return was received by Isawitfirst. Within that email I was reassured that my refund would be processed within 7 days I still haven’t received my refund. I contacted Isawitfirst on the 17/06/2024 and I still haven’t received my refund and no acknowledgement that I enquired about my refund. I had to pay an additional £5 to return this item. I am extremely disappointed and the communication is terrible. Isawitfirst make it extremely difficult for customers to contact them. I would not recommend them to anyone.

Overall shopping experience is good , shipping was quick and the clothes are mostly at a good price for quality. Items were also well packaged.
