I just don't understand why you need a phone. I should be able to use this jewelry without a phone. My 12-year-old daughter saved up for this necklace, and didn't realize she needed a device with her at all times. If I need a phone, then I could just call 911 on the phone, so what's the point of this jewelry, anyway?

I am a HUGE fan of Invisawear!! I love using the reassurance call when I’m walking home late at night. It puts my mind at ease, and I always have a great time chatting with someone new! I also love having a safety device that I can hook around my belt loop when I go out and might not be carrying a purse or have pockets. I use the gold keychain, and it just looks like a bag charm! I’ve gotten so many compliments on it.

I stopped using my device because it disconnected virtually every time I was actually in a situation where it might be needed. I've asked the company to cancel my subscription, acknowledging willingness to pay out the contract. I've had no response to that request but have received repeated messages offering better deals, discounts, etc. If Invisawear has time to do targeted recovery marketing, they have time to respond to reasonable requests. In addition, there is no readily available path to remove payment methods so I have zero confidence they will stop billing me when the 1 year contract is complete. I plan to stop payment via my bank. Basically, the product didn't live up to its claims and the company is non-responsive to resolving customer requests.

Great idea but not at all ready to be on the market. Way to many hiccups. As most of the reviews stated, it hardly ever works. I would do a test on mine to make sure it was connected, most of the time it wasnt. I had 1 incident where I felt a little uncomfortable in a parking lot. I hit my necklace and it was completely dead. I only had it for 2 months and the battery pooped out on me. What a waste of money. Good thing i was safe, because this thing was of no use. I spent all that money for barely 2 months. I strongly suggest you keep working of the glitches. You dont want all bad reviews before giving this the one chance of being successful. I would not recommend to anyone I know.

The charm is lovely although the chain was ridiculously long, to the point the charm was constantly lost inside my bra. The real problem, though, ia that any time I'm most likely to need the service - when traveling alone, when I'm away from home, or in a crowded scenario - the connection is lost or the device stops working. Every single time. What's the point? When I'm home it stays connected except in the night (???), so I have access to a phone or other people and it's not a big deal but it simply isn't usable when I'm statistically likely to need it.

I purchased through Good Morning America Deals and Steals. There was never a mention of a monthly fee. And the 6 month activation code was not included in my package. Their website is cumbersome and always takes you back to the purchase page when trying to reach them. I was told 6 free months of the monitoring only to be charged my second month. Have to go through several layers to try and cancel.

What a scam this product is. This necklace and subscription is useless. My daughters phone has to be on her or near her for this necklace to work which defeats the entire purpose for this being for safety. The first thing a predator is going to do is ditch the phone leaving the necklace useless. Secondly, in my state, cell phones are now banned in schools so if there is a safety issue in the school, the necklace again is useless. Now I am locked into a 1 year contract for something that is of no use. the necklace should work without you having to have it next to your cell phone....

This company is a complete scam. Not only is the jewelry very bulky, not waterproof and non chargeable, but it resembles tacky costume jewelry. On top of that, if you wish to unsubscribe from their services, they keep directing you towards sending them an email , and once they reply, they keep trying to keep you on board by asking that you send them ANOTHER email stating why you are legitimately discontinuing their services. They don’t have a customer service number and they literally are keeping my information hostage until I pursue further action. This is a very regrettable purchase, and I’d steer completely clear from them.

Unable to pair the charm to any device. Customer service sent a replacement and exact same problem. You're supposed to trust this thing to possibly save your life and the charms won't even pair let alone be able to work in the instance of an emergency. Will be refunding or charging back in necessary. Quality control is a thing of the past.

It was fine for the first few weeks. It broke shortly after. Very disappointing.
