Great company.
I found the website really easy to use. Which is a huge bonus. So many different options to choose from, lots of info to help you out. Customer services reply really quickly and happy to give advice and suggestions. I took the advice on A5 folded leaflets (4 pages) and my item has been printed really well. And packaged and posted really fast. I'm really impressed. Easy to upload your artwork into their website and you get guidance and a proof before payment. So you can make changes etc. I found the process simple and the company has been great

Great Support

Avoid these cowboys
Avoid these cowboys. I sent in a proof copy of a sticker with a transparent background. The idiots have printed it with the transparency grid. Even if the file was wrong, they should not be printing that if it's being checked like they are saying it is. They say they send a proof before printing - they never. They are currently "investigating" this and are keeping the door open to blaming me! Naturally, I challenged them over this on livechat. Charlotte, and now Vicky, ended the chat without offering a resolution. Absolute disgraceful service.
