Awful is the only word to describe this…
Awful is the only word to describe this HP service which is MANDATORY with their printers - do you see that anywhere on the box when you bought the printer? I thought not - ongoing intrusions to upsell when I try and print ( when it works) and efficent delivery is non existent and totally unreliable - 3rd time I have been waiting over a week to get new ink - awful is the only word

Terrible experience
Terrible experience, non existent support, and when you speak to a human being, no offense, they can barely speak English. I'm sorry I don't care that you're paying people cheaply in another country and then ink never comes. And when it does come, it doesn't work. Now, I got new ink, I got new everything they cannot tell me why I cannot even make a copy of something because their system is telling me there's something either with me on my account, not the ink. And they do not know until my time.I cannot use the damn machine void at all costs.

Bad experience
When I bought this printer online I was not aware I would also need to take out a monthly subscription in order to use it. I pay £6.49 a month even for months when I don't use it.Three years down the line the printer will no longer print in colour even though the cartridge is relatively new. The instructions online about how to investigate the problem appear to have been written for an engineer. My account says I will not be sent more cartridges until I have resolved this problem. I'm going to cut my losses with this printer and replace it with an Epson Smart Tank printer that does not require a monthly subscription.

Billing
The billing system doesn't seem to work very well. I filled in the box to change from 100 sheets per month to 50 sheets, but when i press change - it takes me back to the choice of 10,50, 100 + sheets . I presume you have a direct debit agreement as payment, as there does not appear to be a way to pay by card.
