Inkowl has the best customer service
Inkowl has the best customer service. I am on the west coast and they are on the east coast and they were very accommodating to have a technician reach out to me during the small window of time that I was available during their business hours. The technician that helped me was Anthony. He was extremely helpful and was able to help me troubleshoot to get the sublimation colors more accurate. I would 100% recommend inkowl to those in the sublimation world. They are easy to contact and have outstanding customer support.

Ink Owl delivers and delivers
Ink Owl delivers and delivers! I have been a customer for years, and every now and then, my Brother printer self-updates its software in such a way that the printer no longer recognizes the Ink Owl ink. Just had another one of these diabolical updates to deal with, and the Ink Owl tech team dealt with it by sending me a new chip resetter. Back in business!

Real, Knowledgeable Tech Support Still Exists!
My Epson Ecotank sublimation printer with InkOwl ink was creating what looked like great prints but—after heat pressing on plaques—produced smeared, unacceptable results. The order was due for delivery in two days and I was out of ideas as to how to fix the problem. (I have been doing sublimation for about 15 years and have never experienced this particular issue.) I called Ink Owl and talked to an incredibly knowledgeable tech specialist who diagnosed the problem as a corrupted driver. He took over my workstation remotely, uninstalled and reinstalled the driver and made all necessary software tweaks. He stayed with me while I heat pressed a test print, and it was beautiful! I am now an Ink Owl customer for life!!

Top flight customer service
Top flight customer service backing up a good product. Having grown frustrated at Dell’s price gouging for OEM toner cartridges, I gave Ink Owl a try. I am very pleased. Reusing a cartridge was not hard and the after sale support is superb.As it happened my Dell printer balked at accepting the recycled cartridge. The customer service team took a nano-second to identify the snag, and had a replacement chip to me in 3 days time.Will definitely use these folks again.Pat Jordan

I’ve had so many discount ink cartridge…
I’ve had so many discount ink cartridge companies that I used whether it be self filling cartridges or their pre-fill cartridges and I recommend this company 110% above and beyond any other company. Their customer service is fantastic if you need them.. if you need ink cartridges for your printer, I find these cards better than the expensive printer brand name cartridges. Tell your friends!!

I took a chance at re-filling my printer's ink cartridges. I had little knowledge about how to do it. But, with the prices of cartridges these days, I needed to try my hand at it. I found InkOwl online and it turned out to be a good experience. The customer support at InkOwl was outstanding. They answered all of my questions, in a timely manner; gave solid advice; sent me material to read; and, basically, helped me understand the best method, for handling my printer/ink situation and even to suggest proper settings on my printer. I haven't been doing this for very long, at this point, but, due to the Inkowl folks, I have a lot of confidence in my ability to do this, and that they will be there, if I have an issue.

Excellent Customer Service
Excellent Customer Service! I made a fat finger mistake and got the address incorrect. The package was undeliverable and headed back to them before I realized. They sent out a new package overnight at a minimal fee and saved the day! I can't thank them enough! Without their help I would have had orders going out very late.

OEM quality, a fraction of the cost
The InkOwl bottles look just as good as the Canon original while costing only a quarter as much.The refilling process is messy though.

We use InkOwl exclusively in our Photo Lab
We have used Inkowl products in our business for a few months now. We initially turned to them in a pinch when a certain ink was unavailable from any supplier. I was sold on their ink from that first purchase, and have now switched all our photo inks to InkOwl formulations. The cost was the thing that first attracted me - but the quality and consistency will keep me. We are a photo0lab that produces hundreds of prints per week, and our quality, consistency and cost are important - InkOwl hits on all three!
