Impressed with the quality and price
Impressed with the quality and price. It was easy to upload art they answered all my questions I had with the order timely. The only thing is there was never any valid tracking information. Even though it said it was shipped, I never saw any status and the box just showed up. But all in all it was easy cheaper and just as good or better than others I have ordered from.

Ok experience, but order issues took too long to resolve.
The first order of lanyards I received looked great and came in the short timeline I had to work with, but I was missing about 20 lanyards than I should have received. When I reached out for the rest, the process took so long and I couldn't receive a phone number to talk to someone over the phone to have it fixed quickly. I also had to place another order because we needed more lanyards and when that order came in, the logo artwork bled onto the white lanyards and they looked really bad. Similar situation, it took so much back and forth to get the problem fixed.
