web site hard to use horrible communication…
web site hard to use if you have a problem, Due to theirpoor communication skills and bad management, I have problems, I ordered $500 of product, only 1 bottle was in a sealed bag. Eight bottles were loose in a large box loose with no padding, the box was so big it could have held 25 qt bottles. the liquids were not even taped shut. 2 quarts leaked. It took almost half an hour to get a response from constantly asking for help from their AI and then finally a human? told me it would take days to decide if I get a refund, My emails from there on went unanswered. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM

Order was carelessly packaged
This last order was disappointing. The items were so poorly packaged and i found leak that covered all items in the box. Also, i bought some items many times before and they used to be delivered wrapped in original supplier plastic because they are liquid. This time, all liquid items were not wrapped in plastic and the order was not packaged in a way to protect the items.

Who delivers their Stuff?
I ordered stuff in Spain- shipped from USA. It took weeks to arrive and was never delivered to my address in Puerto Banús. Finally received email from a Spanish lock box company asking me to travel 25 mins to search for my product.Since I had paid for delivery, I refused and they eventually sent the stuff back to iHerb. Never heard from them, nor ddid I get reimbursed.
