Happy first order 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟
This is my first order with IGP and I was a little anxious as my aunt for whose birthday I placed the order is very particular about quality. I was so relieved when she loved the double-sided photo frame and rasamalai burst cake! She gave positive feedback and was really happy. Thanks IGP for delivering on time with quality as promised! Order never delivered and no response from CS
Very bad experience with IGP order i did from Canada to my mother who is in India. It was her bday and i placed an order of cake and flowers. The order was never delivered. Multiple attempts from my side to request status and when the delivery were happen were not responded to. Also i requested to cancel my order and refund m,y money but that too was not answered by anyone.My moms bday was spoiled and i lost all trust in this comapany. I am still waiting for somone to respond back on my order status and cancel and refund my money.

Horrible experience
Horrible experience! Ordered a birthday cake and it wasn't delivered. Customer support went missing in action, no response despite multiple messages. Wasted my time and money. Would NOT recommend. 😡 Not trustworthy.

Order not delivered and not even refund
I have placed an order.745 deducted from my account but order not placed and not delivered..i was trying to call but no one answer and no one gave reply to messages 😞 very disappointed...next day i gor a message to give no.and email id.i gave they said your order is confirmed and deliver today..I told my birthday was Yesterday...so cancel order and refund..they forced me to receive that cake day after my birthday..and didn't refund.

Very happy with the overall experience!
The flowers were fresh, arranged well, and the bouquets were delivered with care. Bouquets looked very similar to the image on the website so that was a big positive. Delivery was on time and hassle-free. Would definitely recommend.

The worst service ever I will not…
The worst service ever I will not recommend this website to anybody. They have the worst delivery timing. They’re not trustworthy and there’s no one to help you with the tracking order. Please find another delivery service for any occasion not IGP. This is the worst experience ever.
