Amazing find, but box was slightly dented

Quality is there, but the dust bag was stained
The Burberry trench coat is flawless and fits perfectly. However, the designer dust bag it came with had a small dark smudge on it. Not a dealbreaker, but at this price point, I expect every single detail to be pristine.

Great item, website UI could be better…
Found a rare Bottega Veneta card holder here. Transaction was smooth, but the tracking link in the email didn't update correctly for three days. It gave me some unnecessary anxiety. Better IT integration would make this 5 stars.

Muy bien, but shipping took longer than expected
The Givenchy t-shirt is amazing and the price was the best I found online. Pero, the shipping took almost 10 days to arrive in NJ. I wish the delivery was a bit faster.
