Be weary of this company
Be weary of this company. I called and canceled my services in January and they continued to bill my services another 2 months. The customer services reps are tried to mislead you into not canceling at the time of your initial call, so that billing can continue. The services were sub par and there are less expensive and more comprehensive options available. Avoid this company.

Hackers are real
I had the worst experience with hackers. My computer was hacked, and I reported the incident to IdentityIQ. The representative advised that I have a police report and contact my bank, the one the hackers used. I am very pleased with the service IdentityIQ provided. Leif was in charge of my case, and he was thorough and guided me on securing the system more tightly. He will call to follow up to make sure everything is okay and there are no more incidents. This company cares about your safety in all areas, including monitoring your credit report and identity theft, which is very important to me. Leif followed the protocols, and I appreciate his customer service and care for the case. Thank you, Leif and IdentityIQ, for all you do to protect us in this computer world from hackers.

Need Of Refund
I signed up under the impression that I would be receiving a $1 trial, but my debit card was charged $29.87 because I couldn't cancel my subscription before the trial ended! So I'm asking for a refund to be issued!

Did everything they said they would!
Ok was charged 2 months in a row for this service- won't use, never signed up for. Kris contacted me and gave my 2 months back promptly might I add and was very professional and courteous on the telephone- I was the not so pleasant one. They did everything they said they would in a decent time and it is greatly appreciated. Thank you Kris for all your help!! Take care!
