Prescription glasses poor quality

Prescription glasses poor quality. Plastic on ear pieces cracked away from both sides after about 1.5 years. Contacted customer service submitted the requested pics and then told to contact the manufacturer as they contract through someone else. They would not honor warranty. Poor customer service.

awful quality and bad customer service

Bought a jacket [an expensive one] followed the washing instructions on the care label and the rubber label melted and ruined the jacket. The response was sorry its out of warranty.. this shouldn't make a difference if a product it faulty. won't be purchasing again overpriced, poor quality and bad customer service.

$2,000 coat became irreparable after minimal use and they refused any kind of assistance!!!

Save your money and buy a more reliable brand with a much better after sales service. I purchased a Hugo Boss overcoat for about $2,000 from the Yorkdale store and after minimal use the coat developed a structural failure beside the internal pocket. Both a tailor and the Hugo Boss store confirmed that the coat cannot be repaired.I reported the issue to the assistant store manager Yuhan who refused to offer any kind of help or even connect me to the store manager and then escalated it to Hugo Boss Canada customer service. Despite opening a case and following up multiple times with Lee and Alvin for over two months, I have received no resolution or response.I expected significantly better durability and customer support from a luxury brand at this price point.

spend over £1000 ON CLOTHES AND THE JEAN WEAR FOR FEW TIME AND THE TREADS IS COMING OFF TOOK TO STORE AND SHOWED THE RECEIPT ETC. TOLD ME TO EMAIL CUSTOMER SERVICE AND STILL WAITING.POOR QUALITY GOOD BUT CHARGES HIGH PRICES.

Non existent customer service. Emailed about poor quality chinos that ripped after wearing a few times. No reply. Followed up again and still nothing, they just ignore you.

I have been a loyal XP Level 3 customer…

I have been a loyal XP Level 3 customer of Hugo Boss, spending over £5,000 with them. On my birthday, I tried contacting their live chat—nobody was available, and the chat disconnected abruptly. I then sent emails to both head office and customer service over the next three days. Despite all attempts, I received no response whatsoever.As a premium brand, I expected at least an acknowledgment of my emails and a simple birthday gesture. Instead, I was completely ignored. This experience has left me extremely disappointed and reconsidering future purchases.Customer service like this is unacceptable for a brand of Hugo Boss’s reputation.

SERIOUSLY DO NOT I REPEAT DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!! DONT!Orderd some jogging bottoms that are worth over £100. The logo fell off within a few months of using them. Contacted customer service and it look almost a month to get a response of them asking for photo evidence. Replied with the information and a month later from that last email still awaiting a reply. No idea how this company is able to trade its diabolical. Do not do it! Poor quality and may have to take legal action to get this sorted. First email was sent Mid December 2025. Its now almost March 2026......

Parcel lost, no refound, poor feedback

After online purchase parcel has never been delivered by DHL despite they claimed it was, such a poor service,this is already a second time it has happened, no response from support, to get a refound is a real hassle.this is not premium brand anymore...service way to bad, employees dont care at all

Low quality glue shoes

The shoes are of the lowest imaginable quality, even by Zara standards. Lowest materials glued together by the cheapest glue. They break down in two weeks so don’t be fooled by the look
