Great brand!
Ive always liked their clothes. To me the designs are classics and construction durable. The site also helps customers make decisions on sizing and styling. I had an issue with one of their jackets and they were quick to remedy the situation, exceeding my expectations. I will certainly buy from them again.

Quick and helpful return support.
I purchased a brown Boiled Wool Station Jacket.Initially I had to exchange the medium coat for a large. Upon receiving the large I could tell it wasn't brand new. I let support know about this and they quickly apologized for this error and sent me a brand new replacement. I love the coat and appreciate how quickly they remedied the unusual situation.

Huckberry knocked it out of the park
Huckberry knocked it out of the park. I own a 10-year hoodie that I love and wear most days. I decided to purchase the hoodie in another color, but when I received it, the fit was a little different. I wore the new hoodie several times and washed it thinking it just need to be broken in. That did not work, so I reached out to Huckberry fully expecting the nice answer of "it's past the exchange time, you wore it and washed it, so our policy is to not exchange it." that did not happen. Quickly the customer service team reached out, had me snap a few pics of both hoodies and quickly ship me a new hoodie. Huckberry is awesome!!!!

My Forever Jacket is amazing
I recently purchased a Flannel-Lined Waxed Trucker Jacket in Field Tan. This jacket is everything I hoped for and more. The fit and style are amazing and comfortable. It is now my Forever Jacket. When I did contact customer service with a couple questions, they were quick to respond with a solution and piece of mind. Would recommend for all who want to look good and feel comfortable.

Huckberry is an outstanding company
Huckberry is an outstanding company. I recently made an error on an order. It was complicated but Christian in customer service made the solution to the problem hassle free and stress free. This is yet another excellent Huckberry positive experience that I have had once again over the years. I highly recommend them as a source to whatever you find interesting on their site.

Perfect experience dealing with a product defect
I received an item that was last in stock of its color and size, but had some sticky tape and adhesive on it. I wanted to keep it but was unsure about what the tape signified, if it would come off cleanly, if there was anything else going on.They handled the case extremely quickly and once I documented and discussed it with them they gave me multiple good options for resolution. They listened to my feedback and we arrived at a resolution I am really happy with. It was fast, thoughtful, and straightforward.

I had made a purchase from Huckberry…
I had made a purchase from Huckberry (one of my favorite sites) and unfortunately, my package was stolen by a porch pirate. Customer Service was prompt with response and sent me a new package within days. I would highly recommend Huckberry not just for what they sell but also for how great they treat their customers.

One of the best Men’s stores out there
Huckberry has a great selection of unique products that can I have a hard time discovering anywhere else. They also have really fast shipping, easy returns, and a back in stock notification system that actually works. It’s not the cheapest place to shop but everything I’ve bought so far has been high quality.
