Worst decision. I’ve been emailing them for 5 months and no one will call me back to help set me up. I have paid for a service to set up my company and everyone is absent. I’ve called sales and they have put me in touch with customer service and they don’t respond.

Don't use it, subscription model is the worst I have experienced, every single detail I want to do I have to pay more, a simple flow for submitting a form and sending an email through Make, I have to pay 3 different subscription up to $1,000 Monthly is inside, switching to a different CRM now after paying Pro Plan and Marketing PlanIt's inside how I'm already paying professional plan and I can't do some simple flows

SO SO SLOW! clunkiest website to use everyday each page takes around 20 seconds to load - then they send you notifications "we have changed the colour to a new theme" honestly who cares? Fix the speed. Wish I was still using Pardot.

Once this company have you in their grasp they are BRUTAL - beware of building your marketing sales machines off the back of their system because their costs climb steeply and their employees are well trained to manipulate. Find another CRM if you're wanting to control your costs .

Biggest time waster app in business.I tried hubspot now for 5 years over again. It's complicated, has constant errors and fails to do the very thing why anyone wants to use a CRM: To have an overview of customers and communication. It's a huge waste of time setting it up and trying to make it work. At the end (after all migration and setup), it's best to just leave it again and use an Excel sheet or find ANY other platform. How can a business POSSIBLE be so bad in the very ONE THING that gives it a justification to exist???

Don't trust the sales people, whether it's due to a lack of knowledge or something more malicious they get key information about their own products wrong, information that might be the reason why you purchase a subscription with them. For example sequences was sold to me as a way of automating emailing for a list of contacts, allowing you to send up to 1000 a day until the list is exhausted. In reality, enrolment is manual and capped at 50 contacts at a time, making large scale outbound impractical unless you're happy enrolling contacts yourself everyday. Even if you have Sales Hub enterprise the best you can hope for is convoluted work-around workflows which will feel patched together with hopes and dreams - you could use Hubspot's APIs to send sequences, but then why pay a premium to hubspot for enterprise if you're developing your own solution anyways?Don't expect something as basic as quoting your customers to be included, even in Saleshub Enterprise. You'll need to spend £84 per user per month to unlock that. What makes it worse is quoting use to be included as standard (as it should be) but now the precedent has been set to take away features and make you pay more to get them back.I decided to trial the new quote tool anyways and it was rigid and unsuitable for anything beyond the most simple use cases - what makes this worse is that the old free quote tool actually had more custom functionality (albeit through code) but this is now completely unavailable to new customers who are forced to use their "premium" no-code, half-baked quote tool.Speaking to Hubspot, the solution they always suggested is purchasing additional hubs or upgrades whether it actually makes sense to purchase those hubs or not. They will never hold their hands up and say, sorry this feature isn't available right now, they will always try to sell you another hub with a vague promise it will fix your issues (but it rarely ever will) – which just comes across as incredibly sleezy and only caring about revenue then actually helping - this is what eroded my trust in them more than anything else. For example the solution provided to me for sending quotes was spend extra on commerce hub (£43 per month per user ‘special price’) - but because this couldn't even handle something like putting custom data on the quote, I was told to try out "Datahub" (which costs £500+ per month) so I could invest lots of my own time and energy into custom coding a solution that would actually give my quote the data it needed. To get you to sign up and to a 12 month contract they will seem great, telling you what you want to hear, offering flexible billing options and concessions on pricing – but once you're signed up, you best hope and pray once you get to renewals as they will play hard ball with you – using their perceived leverage because they know it's expensive and time consuming for you to leave. My experience was after chasing and asking for pricing for 2-3 weeks, my sales person had a meeting with me, he then referred me to a contracts manager and they asked me what I wanted, I said options for monthly billing on saleshub Professional and ideally a monthly commitment term. Their “special offer” was £2 per month discount for dropping from enterprise to professional and minimum of 12 months commitment period – basically saying keep what you’re on or go through the pain of leaving (so leave it is).To sum up – they will missell you features, lure you in with discounts, by the time you realise key features are missing it’s too late, they will try to upsell you for every penny they can regardless of whether it’s right for you, then once it’s time to renew they will play big bully with you instead of trying to be helpful. It’s feels like it’s all about the money and obsession with metrics like LTV or NRR, and nothing about the customer.

Privacy Issues:Got an email they included my personal data in a list to sell to their customer for advertising and offered me to 'opt-out'. No, this is not how GDPR and Swiss Privacy Laws work. They have to provide a proof of my consent for my data to be used for advertisement - only offering -'opt-out' after allegedly harvesting my data from probably some website is not according to the law.
