A decent option for affordable contacts…

A decent option for affordable contacts and great value options. Easy to order a range of contacts online, as well as manage your orders and even subscriptions. Customer support is always helpful and quick to respond. Their variety of contacts is limited to the Hubble brand, but they do range from basic to high quality, breathable eye contact options. Have had minor issues with order/subscription management in the past, but customer support was always quick to rectify and assist. Would recommend to anyone looking for value in their eye contact purchases.

I ended my subscription still sending contacts still charging me. I called a rep assured me I’ll be refunded and will not receive any more contacts and no refund was processed

Have been a customer for years but cancelled

Have been a customer for years. But cancelled my service not because of the lenses but due to significant delivery issues from the service they use. This service frequently did not deliver or said there was no one home. After 5 attempts, asked to just have them use USPS and they refused. So no longer a customer!

Have made getting new prescription from…

Have made getting new prescription from a Dr. more difficult to deal with. Every time I chat with an agent it is a different excuse for the issues. For whatever reason they have now changed the skyhy packaging to a million little boxes instead of the larger boxes. Is a pain to deal with and a waste of packaging. Idk who thought that was a good idea. Why change what had worked for years? Why?
