Bad customer service from Ayesha.
Poor customer service. Bought a pair of earrings and haven't worn them so thought it was best to return. Checked my receipt and it said the earrings needed to be in their "sealed bag". I checked mine and there was no sealed bag, they had just been put in a box. They were the last ones of that style and were taken straight from display. Rang the shop to double check this and explain the situation, was talking to Ayesha and she disregarded my points, saying I should have asked for them to be in a sealed bag! Sorry is it my fault your staff do not know their own return policies??? It was made out to be my fault that they made a mistake now I am stuck with earrings I do not want or need £129 down the drain ! So frustrating.

Splendid customer service
I recently visited the H Samuel store in Harrow, and I was thoroughly impressed with the exceptional service I received from Hayla (I hope that's the correct spelling!). She was absolutely splendid, providing top-notch assistance and making my purchases a breeze.Hayla and her colleague really pulled out all the stops, ensuring every customer received great service. Their professionalism and dedication were evident, and they truly went above and beyond. If you're heading to the Harrow store, make sure to ask for Hayla - you won't be disappointed 😊.

My 10 year old grandaughter has been…
My 10 year old grandaughter has been desperate to get her ears pierced for ages. Tried Samuels at Fort Kinnaird today and the staff were excellent. They completely put her at ease, and explained the procedure throughout. They were super patient and extremely friendly. There are very few shops that provide this wonderful level of service. Would definitely recommend .

I bought the 9ct White Gold Graduated…
I bought the 9ct White Gold Graduated 0.50ctDiamond Ring in 2022 for my wedding ring, got married 2023, late 2025 noticed a diamond missing! Took it to the store early 2026( no longer under warranty) and they sent off to be checked and said no manufacturing faults and would be £250 to repair! Well if I am paying that much for a diamond ring I wouldn’t expect any diamonds to fall out anytime! Unfortunately for them I won’t be wasting £700 at H.SAMUELS again.

Delivery timeframe is wrong
Delivery time is way longer than 1st screen and gets you to falsely sign up for 10% off when it doesn't work.

Good display but no discount as advertised
Good display of products but not easy to look back at previous products without restarting.And the email said 10% discount on purchases but I couldn't see that on the payment so I went ahead and paid full price.
