⚠️ HP AUSTRALIA: A 160-DAY CLINIC IN CONSUMER DECEPTION | NCAT CASE: 2026/00113715If you are considering any HP product, PROCEED WITH EXTREME CAUTION. I have spent 5 months documenting HP Australia’s operational strategy: Delay, Deny, and Deceive.Despite multiple formal warnings and a clear legal deadline for settlement, HP Australia has demonstrated a level of administrative cowardice and negligence that is a danger to every Australian consumer. Their extremely poor review ratings (mostly 1 out of 5 Stars) from many disappointed customers, confirms this terrible ongoing behaviour. I have interacted with a large number of multinational companies through the years, and HP (especially HP Australia itself) would be the WORST in terms of customer service. This “service” is almost NON-EXISTENT and they have many unhappy customers. The Documented Evidence of Deception:▪︎ 160 Days of Obstruction: 5 months of 'investigations' and departmental hand-offs designed to exhaust the customer into giving up. HP are experts in IGNORING YOU.▪︎ Bad Faith Conduct: HP was provided with a turn-key, signed Deed of Settlement and direct banking details (HP Ref: 5157010025) to provide me a Full Refund of $1,615.25 for systemic hardware failure caused by them on my HP Envy i7 17.3 laptop. They sat on these documents and allowed a pre-warned deadline to lapse in total silence.▪︎ Regulatory Escalation: This matter is now a formal investigation with the ACCC (REF4716968), NSW Fair Trading (11520797), and NCAT (2026/00113715).NOTE: HP was previously fined $3 Million in 2013 by the ACCC for misrepresenting consumer rights. They still haven't learned. They continue to hide behind 'internal processes' to avoid their legal obligations under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL).I am now proceeding to a full, contested NCAT Tribunal hearing to seek maximum damages and hold HP Managing Director Brad Pulford accountable under the new $50 Million penalty framework for systemic ACL breaches.BUYER BEWAREHP is a documented repeat offender. Having already been fined $3 Million for misleading consumers, they are clearly doubling down on the same deceptive tactics. Protect your wallet and buy from a brand that actually respects the Law. HP Australia is a company in total ethical and operational collapse.#HPAustralia #ConsumerAlert #ACCC #NCAT #BradPulford #CorporateNegligence #ProductReview #ConsumerRights

I loved my first printer I bought over 10 Years ago. So of course I bought a new one from HP in Oct. 2024. It did not have double sided scanning like I thought I had picked. It was outside of the return window so I went oh well. In order to function the printer also needs to be constantly reset--turned off then on again. Then this year the "App" for the printer and scanning changed. The screen of the app to do anything starts with trying to sell you something, once you get past that then you find the functions. When scanning multiple pages the preview is microscopic so you cannot really see anything on the page even though there is a lot of "gray space" around the preview to enlarge the picture. I then went to the website to see if there was any fix to this. The only thing I got was the AI chat that couldn't understand what I was asking. When I looked for another option what I found was my printer is out of warranty so I needed to pay $75 to get any further help. P.S. this is NOT an April Fool's joke!!!

You sure misrepresented the copy machine. You said all you have to do is plug it in and copy. I didn’t think I would have to enter information on my iPad for it to work. I am really unhappy about how you lied. i got rid of my Cannon because it had a switch needing replacing and I had to go through all the crap of entering info onto iPad. You should be turned over to the better business bureau for false advertising.

I purchased an HP home printer, but within a short time it stopped working properly. I have tried to contact customer support multiple times and also registered a complaint, but there has been no proper response. The service support is very disappointing and unprofessional.I expected better quality and reliable after-sales service from a big brand like HP, but my issue is still not resolved. No proper guidance or technician support was provided.Very poor customer service experience. I would not recommend HP products if they cannot provide proper service support after purchase.

I have tried on many many occasions to contact HEWLETT PACKARD to try and discuss an issue about my HP DESKJET WiFi connection. It is impossible to speak Tto or with a representative. their site continually divert you to a vertical assistant where it proves impossible to answer the problem I have. Why is there NO SUPPURT from anyone who can actually speak to me. Absolutely useless, I will most certainly will be get rid of their product and switching to a different supplier. Absolutely disgusted.

I’ve never seen a company so committed to frustrating its own customers.- HP printers NEVER work properly- The ink pricing is ridiculous- Support is inaccessible unless you pay extra. At some point, this stops being bad design and starts feeling like a trap.

I have tried to order envelopes to recycle my ink cartridges several times with nothing arriving. I then tried to contact HP to ask about it. I received a rather short and snippy email from them asking what I had ordered. I replied but then heard nothing back. Shocking customer service. Don’t advertise on your boxes that we can send our cartridges back for recycle when you won’t even send the envelopes to do so. With the world in the state it’s in you’d think you’d be all for being a greener company, yet it looks like it’s just smoke and mirrors.

I had a wonderful experience with HP when a package that I ordered was not delivered. I called their customer service and was promptly helped with my order. Every online company out there should take notes on how to treat a customer. The lady on the phone looked at the FedEx photograph and confirmed my order had not been delivered. She said, "the picture of those boxes is not one of ours." She gave me a refund, and I placed another order which did arrive. I will shop HP in the future because I can trust HP to do the right thing. They value their customers.

Utterly useless. They say that they actually reject complaints! Ignoring them completely if they don't want to deal with it.Not remotely surprising the rating is so low. Have an issue with faulty laptop, after calling them 4 times over a 2 week period I finally arranged for a warranty repair. When it came back it was even worse than before.Contacted again to raise a complaint. Was told my case woud be escalated and someone woud get back to me. No response. Call again told the same thing. No response. Called again. Same.Avoid Hp at all costs.

Terrible company with no real customer support. do not buy from them and NEVER sign up for ink delivery! If they feel there is even a small problem with your account they disable your printer, and customer service is impossible to reach. I have this problem and it's a nightmare trying to get help. Still can't use my printer!!
