Architect was far above average
Customer service was great, but the plan / architect was far above average. I find many small house plans omit a spot for the water heater, so at the last minute, your trying to figure out what closet you can put it in, or no thoughts to the hvac or return. This architect hasn't left anything out that has to be adjusted on the fly, or chases built, etc.

Work with Geoff through the entire experience. The communication was fantastic. We never had to wait for an answer and he was extremely patient with us. 10/10 recommend. That gentleman deserves a promotion after helping us because we were not a simple customer by any stretch of the imagination.
