Stole hundreds of dollars — Advice
Ordered hundreds of dollars' worth, never received my skin care items. Filed a dispute with my bank, won the dispute. They then fabricated false evidence and took my money back — I didn't know better then but if House of Beauty World does this to you, you can start a dispute with PayPal. You are also allowed to pursue the matter legally.

House of beauty should be shut down.
HOB, should be shut down, they are nothing but con ripping consumers off please contact the attorney general in your area if you have been ripped off by these scammers, they send defective products to consumers and refuse to correct their order or reimburse the consumer, I had this happen to me in 2021 and I will not let them get away with their Bleepsh++, the more complaints sent hopefully they will close this site down, and apparently some of the good reviews must be from bots, or consumers they have paid, shop at your own risk, the reviews are true they sell and shipped broken items, items that appeared to have been already used and etc. (see my previous post to explain)

Quality of products is subpar!
The quality of the products I ordered and received was damaged! I would strongly advise against shopping here at House of Beauty World due to their low-quality products and poor customer service!

AWFUL
AWFUL. Do NOT order from this scam website. There is no way of contacting them as their mail box is always full, no replies to email etc. Ordered item for next day delivery- never arrived. Had to force a refund via paypal. DISGUSTING

Still terrible! Don’t trust them!
1 year ago I wrote this, the customer care wrote me that they were taking care of my situation. Nothing changed a they still keep my 400 euro. I will write the same review every week until my situation is solved. WORST SITE EVER!!!!A fraud operated by thieves!One year has passed and they still have my money and I didn’t receive the creams I ordered. 6 months ago I wrote a review here and they answered that they were taking care of my situation but they never did. They stole a total amount of 400 euros!! Not trustable at all. If they answer here that they will solve the situation don’t believe it unless I write a new review in which I specify that I received my money back. In Italy we call them tieves and we call this a fraud.It's the second time that they answer with the same corona issues but they never do nothing to solve the problem. They stole 400 euros
