Great Agent.
I have been a long-time customer for almost 20 years. Back then, customer service was impeccable.I was having troubles with receiving my emails. After calling multiple times to get some help (1 month), I was mainly ignored. It is only when I asked to speak to a supervisor and wrote a complain that I was finally acknowledged. They lack customer service.I was finally connected with "Houssem/Sam" from the Escalation team. Sam was knowledgeable, professional and incredibly talented. Within 5 minutes he was able to pinpoint all the emails issues and fixed them. Thank you for having such a dedicated employee who loves his job and cares about customers. Because of Sam, I will remain a long-time Hostpapa customer.Thank you,PS: It can be challenging to get a good agent at Hostpapa..... some of them are incredibly unprofessional and rude!
