My stay at Colibri Traditional Hostel…
My stay at Colibri Traditional Hostel was truly wonderful. The atmosphere blends authentic local charm with modern comfort, creating a warm and relaxing environment. The staff were incredibly friendly and always ready to help with any request. The rooms were clean, cozy, and thoughtfully designed. I especially appreciated the peaceful courtyard and welcoming social vibe. It felt less like a hostel and more like a home. I would definitely recommend it to anyone visiting the city.

Avoid Hostelworld — no refund, no support, no accountability
I had a very bad experience with Hostelworld and I strongly advise other travellers to be extremely careful.I made a booking and paid a deposit for a hostel in Cádiz. A week later, the property asked me to pay the full amount for the 5 nights. Then, after a short time, I was informed that the hostel would be closing permanently. At that point, the accommodation could no longer be provided. Despite this, neither the hostel nor Hostelworld has refunded my money.I contacted them multiple times by email in both English and Spanish, clearly explaining the situation and requesting a refund. The responses were either ignored or completely unhelpful. This is unacceptable customer service, especially when the service paid for cannot be delivered at all.This is not just a “bad experience” — it is a failure to provide the booked service and a refusal to return money that should never have been kept in the first place. A booking platform should protect customers, not hide behind silence when things go wrong.If you book through Hostelworld, be aware that in my case they did not help, did not solve the problem, and did not refund the payment even though the hostel was permanently closed.I will continue to pursue this through consumer authorities, my bank, and any other official channel available.

Nice place
Overall experience was good. Check in was smooth even at early morning. Loved the place and vibe. Its quiet, spacious, well cleaned and hygiene restrooms. Price is good as per location. Everything was perfect for the stay.Common area is spacious with a good cafeteria. Apart from that its good and well. Deserves a 5 star.

Lovely place with good vibes karaoke…
Lovely place with good vibes karaoke beer pong and good pool tables to play on as well, the people are a nice couple and the beds are so comfy definitely would recommend this place for a nice stay
