Iris was so helpful
Iris was so helpful, so quick and made the experience so enjoyable. I’m pretty frustrated about not receiving my bed frame but when you deal with customer service agents like iris it really does take away some of that frustration and make me feel taken care of.

Scam company when it comes to refunds
I would rate this company no stars. The company is a joke. They will not refund you if you are not happy with quality and it is missing part. They will not arrange collection of a clock i purchased from them to be returned for a full refund of £89.99. Their 30Day Return is a joke.I will be returning this at my expense to get my refund back. Do not buy from this company it seems a scam company when it comes to returns.Wish i had checked all the negative reviews before i brought from this company.!!!!!!!

Disappointing furniture quality and slow resolution
My experience with Homary has been extremely disappointing.I paid A$1,233 for a sofa bed, but the product I received did not match the advertising photos or description. It did not expand properly and was not suitable for normal use.After I raised the issue and provided photos, the matter dragged on for around a month. Homary then admitted in writing that the item was “not as described,” yet only offered a 20% refund. In my view, that is not a fair resolution for a product at this price point.The return expectations were also unreasonable because the sofa had been vacuum-compressed into a small box, which is not something an ordinary customer can realistically replicate.Overall, I found the process stressful, slow, and unsatisfactory. I would strongly encourage other customers to think carefully before purchasing large furniture items from this company.
