My credit card was charged twice. Their website said that my order could not be processed. I tried again - turns out I was charged both times. Customer service is useless. Currently filing a complaint with my credit card company for fraud.

Hollister is an amazing shop, it has a great size range and their clothes look amazing on such a range of body types which is so important. Not only are they cute they are so comfortable. The quality of all their products makes me so happy as it’s always so soft on the skin and as someone with sensory issues this is so helpful. I also love how creative you can be with hollister clothing such as their reversible tank tops which is so fun as it’s 2 outfits in one!

Hollister never notified me that my package with Fedex will require signature?? I received multiple packages from Hollister and A&F, and none of them needed the signature. I missed the delivery driver today because I didn't know signature will needed. Also I work and I can't be sitting at home waiting for fedex. Super upset that Hollister didn't even notified me about signature and since it's Fedex ground economy, the system doesn't let me to pick it up or waive the signature. Now I will miss it tomorrow and the package will be rerouted back to Hollister and I used coupon and rewards on this order, which Hollister will not be honored again...Never ordering from them again.

I’m extremely disappointed in this company. I had ordered something and I wished to return it, and now I have to pay almost the same price just to return it because they forgot to give me a label to ship it back to the warehouse in america. And also WONT give me a QR code to ship it. And they demand NOT to compensate me for the shipping costs and won’t help me at all. Claiming they can’t give a QR code to my region. This was not mentioned before purchasing and it’s honestly blindsiding. Do not order online if there’s a chance you may return it because you will have to pay so much shipping and they do not provide you with any label or QR code to ship it by your own personal courier

I love their clothes and i was almost addicted to shopping their online. However, ive used 2 different cards to purchase from hollister and they both got hacked. At firdt i didnt link to to hollister until i used a 3rd card to make my final purchase and ofcourse that card also got hacked. Hollister's site is not safe to buy from.

Don’t get me wrong i love hollister super cute clothes and everything my favorite store but im skinny and i hate when ever chunky girls try to fit in my sizes like ik that some are truly a 000 in pants and a xxs in tops but some aren’t stop tryna squeeze urself in there if your not skinny

I bought what I thought was a high quality cotton t-shirt, wore it twice, washed it twice on normal settings. After the second wash less than two months after purchasing it, I noticed a bunch of holes starting to develop in the cotton. Thinking it was simply part of a defective batch, I took it to the store requesting to exchange it for a new one. I was told that because I washed it, there policy does not permit in-store exchanges and I would have to call customer service. Called customer service and sent them photos. They apologized and acknowledged that clearly this shirt did not meet their standards for high quality but they have a strict no returns after 30 days for in-store purchases. Bottom line- they have standards for high quality but only for 30 days.
