They dont pay the cashback when bought via Topcashback. You have to file a complaint. Will not buy from hb again

I thought I had taken up the recent Bog of deals. I completed my order in haste, obviously not reading the text properly !No deal, I did receive one product discounted, but not what I really wanted!I will certainly consider next time if I order from H&B . Lost confidence now after using the company for many years!🙁☹️

I went to my local branch which opened…
I went to my local branch which opened in West Wickham Kent to buy Sinuforce Nasal Spray as I suffer from a blocked nose and was very impressed with it this is best Nasal Spray I have used it certainly cured my blocked nose after using Nasal sprays from my GP which has never helped me. I only used it twice a day bought 2 more bottles. I definitely recommend this Sinuforce Nasal Spray.04

Appalling customer service 'Oh well....'
The customer service for H&B is appalling. I ordered an expensive item and it arrived inedible. I contacted them immediately, sent it back as I was told to, and then, they claimed there had been no evidence of my being told to send it back or it having been received, when I had proof I had been told to return it. Because they had given me a Free-post address, the Post Office wouldn't (or couldn't?) give me proof of postage, and while I explained this to H&B, H&B maintained this had not happened and it almost felt accusatory, like I was lying! Eventually, instead of a refund I should have been given, I was given a voucher for the item, but unlike my money, H&B put an an expiry date (unbelievable!) on the voucher and so, I had no choice but to spend the voucher on their site, so H&B made sure they weren't out of pocket. The customer service in each case, was at best dismissive, with an 'oh well, whatever' attitude and at worst, accusatory. Needless to say, I won't be spending anything with H&B again - not until they learn to treat paying customers decently and fairly and refund items that are not up to standard, especially the more expensive ones, and not forcing people to spend on their site by giving them a voucher with an expiry date!!!

Terrible company
Terrible company. I wrote an email with a query about loyalty scheme and got no reply. I reached out again with my final email to let them know they've lost a customer due to very poor service and I get an automated reply. I'm not even being treated in a humane way. I think Holland & Barrett are a terrible company. Rip of prices, questionable quality. Poor service generally. Always bombarding me with emails to spend money but I don't see any loyalty from them. If a company has to offer constant discounts to attract customers then the goods they sell must be over priced. I will never be shopping at this retailer again, nor will I ever recommend them. I hope they fail and a decent retailer replaces them on the high street. I won't be shopping here again.

Great selection of products with great standard. Availability was easy with caring and professional service. Prices on the other are bit expensive, whereas 3 for 2 make it easier to consider purchase .
