Really disappointing experience with HOKA.I recently returned a pair of shoes because they were too small. I followed the correct returns process and have proof of postage, including a receipt showing the package weight.However, I’ve now been told that the parcel they received contained an old jacket instead of the shoes. This clearly suggests the package was tampered with in transit, which is completely out of my control.What I find most frustrating is the lack of investigation. Despite providing my postage receipt, HOKA have refused to even check the weight of the returned package against it — something that could easily confirm that the contents don’t match what I originally sent.As a result, I’m being denied a refund for an issue that hasn’t been caused by me. Very poor customer service and no real attempt to resolve the situation fairly.Extremely disappointing.

I returned an item to HOKA following their official returns process and provided full proof of postage, tracking details, and delivery confirmation from the Royal Mail website.The tracking clearly shows the parcel as delivered to their warehouse.Despite this, HOKA has refused to issue a refund, citing discrepancies with the receipt and stating they have not received the item, without providing any evidence or further clarification.This situation is extremely concerning. I have fully complied with their returns policy, and any issue between their warehouse and the postal service should not be passed on to the customer.I am now having to open a formal investigation with the Post Office and consider further action through the Small Claims Court.I expected a much higher standard of customer service and accountability from a brand like HOKA.

Rigid system, zero logic.Hoka’s exchange policy is a logistical nightmare. I requested an exchange and, upon realizing the turnaround time was nearly 20 days, asked to switch it to a refund. Despite the replacement item not being shipped or even processed yet, I was told their system is "unable" to change a return type once a UPS label is scanned. Not even a "Tier 2" lead could override it. Now, Hoka is forcing a shipment I no longer want, only for me to return it again. It’s a waste of shipping costs and the customer's time.

Ordered trail running shoes. Hoka use DPD who are useless at deliveries (see other reviews here). DPD went to the wrong house - and took a photo of the name plate on the wrong house to prove they had messed up. This is despite me leaving a photo of my house, What3Words and driver instructions on the DPD App. DPD have no customer service. Unfortunately neither do Hoka who just have a chatbot that doesn’t help. There is no-one at Hoka you can speak to on the phone. So now I’m stuck having paid out already. So only use Hoka if you want to spend days sorting out the terrible delivery service they use

Trainers arrived within a couple of days of ordering which was fantastic.They were in pristine condition would highly recommend this company if your looking for the perfect style fit and colour of a very comfortable running shoe.

I bought 3 pairs of Hoka sneakers from the corporate office , 1 shipping box was torn open and taped up. The inside Hoka sneaker box was torn and crushed. The sneakers were worn and laces were torn out. I called and Matthew in Denver headquarters requested numerous pictures I submitted. He was shocked. He promised a refund since I couldn’t give used sneakers as a gift. I couldn’t speak with a supervisor. I was to receive a reply in 3 weeks or early. Nada. I called and couldn’t speak with him. Megan in TX. She wouldn’t transfer to Matthew or a supervisor. I was to hear from her in a week . Nada. I called and spoke with Nathan in TX. No supervisor again. I was to hear today. Nada. All liars. Avoid this crooked company. There are many competitors available with sneakers as good or better. So much for their overpriced products. I will return $600 in recent purchases. Sleazy company and employees.
