Dreadful customer service when I rang ! You need to train your in store staff alot more, leaving security tags on and not putting all the items I bought in my bag will not buy again

I was ready to buy this shirt on the spot—but H&M wouldn’t sell it to me.The only one in my size was on a mannequin (see photo), and staff told me it’s “company policy” not to remove items. Fair enough—but then they told me I could order the exact same shirt online and come back later to pick it up.So instead of making a sale right there, they expect customers to leave, order online, and return later for the exact item already in the store.That’s not customer service—that’s unnecessary friction.A little flexibility would have made this an easy win. Instead, I walked out without buying anything.Missed sale, frustrated customer.

Those are knights in disguise! Not people! They kick us gnomes out and don't let us back in! All Hail Crawly! Just Kidding! H&M Is a great place to go shopping for good clothes and stuff like that. I definitely recommend it.

H&M have started charging €1.99 per order for returns. If you return 2 orders in one parcel it's 1.99 for each. Total rip off. Zero incentive to group returns together for the sake of the environment. Other retailers charge per parcel.

Don’t go to H&M vista mall sta Rosa Laguna. The moment you stepped in you can feel na parang nasa aquarium ka or watched in a microscope. Every move mo may naka tingin syo. Very awkward, they make you feel na magsha shoplift ka. Very poor customer service, pag makakasalubong mo ung staff nila naka simangot na akala mo may bayad ang ngumiti, ni hindi ka nan lang babatiin in other words mga disrespectful at mga walang modo. H&M, you should train your staff well and teach them the GMRC.

I won’t be shopping at H&M again. I purchased an item that turned out to be faulty and returned it only to be told the return was rejected because it had been “worn.” They are now refusing to issue a refund and are sending the faulty item back to me. This is completely unacceptable, how can a clearly faulty item be dismissed like this? The customer service team seems to rely on automated responses and shows a lack of understanding of basic consumer rights. I will now be pursuing a refund through my payment provider. Extremely disappointing experience.

I recently had a disappointing experience while trying to resolve an issue with a faulty item of clothing. The app’s customer service team provided only generic responses and redirected me to the store. I was then put through to a manager—despite not requesting this—who came across as condescending and incorrectly suggested that I didn’t believe the agent, which was not the case at all.This was particularly frustrating, as my in-store experiences with the shop floor staff have always been positive. Unfortunately, this interaction did not reflect the same standard of service.

Horrendous company, I ordered something and they gave me a completely different clothing. Different color and everything, and expect ME to pay for a refund service. These idiots cant do anything correct and is the last time Im shopping here.
