My son’s waterproof bag broke off from his scooter. I emailed the company and sent pictures and they responded immediately in the kindest way. Overly apologetic and sent a replacement immediately. Cindy was one of the nicest customer service reps I have encountered in a long time.

After realizing I could not use the item I had ordered for a legal reason (escooters can't exceed 100 lbs in Maryland), as instructed, refused delivery, item was shipped back, and full refund initiated, minus reasonable return shipping/restock fee. I also own a Hiboy P6: the design and quality is very good.

We purchased a Hi-Boy scooter a year ago. I needed help because the tire was going flat and this happened one time before. When I reached out, the response was quick, the new tube was shipped quick and we were able to get it repaired. I like how I can “reply” to the email and get a response from an employee that knows the situation!

Our son absolutely LOVES his Hiboy scooters that we have purchased for him. They've been super reliable for his needs to access the college campus, not have to worry about finding parking and saves him a lot of time as a result. As parents, and supporting our son, we love that him driving a scooter saves us money not having to pay for gas in his vehicle or a parking pass so it has saved us quite a bit of money. A win-win all the way around!! As well, Hiboy's customer service has been wonderful and responsive with any questions or needs we may have.If you're looking into purchasing a scooter, Hiboy is definitely the way to go!
