Well I got fat tire bicycle from…terrible bike

Well I got fat tire bicycle from heybike not even a year ago, from day one have a problem with throttle not working and only get 40 km range on full battery charge.my friend who owns a great bike shop in North Vancouver is calling and emailing them and they totally ignoring us and not doing anything to resolve the issue with my bike very disappointed would not recommend this bike to any one

Extremely Disappointing Warranty Experience – Motor Failed Within a Year

I rarely leave negative reviews, but this experience with Heybike has been incredibly frustrating and disappointing.My Heybike Tyson had a motor failure with very minimal use—well within what should reasonably be considered the first year of ownership. This isn’t a minor issue; the motor is one of the core components of the bike. A failure like this strongly suggests a defect, not normal wear and tear.Despite providing the model and serial number (which should be sufficient to verify the product and warranty status), customer support claimed they couldn’t locate order information and ultimately determined the bike was out of warranty. That alone is concerning.What’s worse is the resolution they offered: • $269 for a replacement motor • $150 for shipping • A $30 “discount” on shippingThat leaves me paying nearly $400 out of pocket to repair a bike that has barely been ridden.To be clear, the message I received was essentially: • A lightly used bike • Less than a year old • With a failed motor • Is not covered under warrantyThat is completely unreasonable.At a minimum, I expected the company to stand behind a major component failure like this—either by covering the replacement or significantly reducing the cost. Instead, the burden has been placed entirely on the customer.This experience has seriously undermined my confidence in both the product quality and the company’s commitment to supporting their customers.If you’re considering purchasing from Heybike, I would strongly recommend factoring in the risk that you may be on your own—even in cases where the failure clearly shouldn’t happen.I truly hope they reconsider how they handle situations like this, because this is not the level of support customers should expect after making a purchase.

Just received my new hey bike Mars 3.0

Just received my new Hey bike Mars 3.0! Very impressed with the ease of putting it together the quality of the product itself and the Customer Service that I’ve already received prior to even getting it. My first ride, I was very impressed by the ride smoothness and the speed that this E bike has. Highly recommend it to anybody else.

Nice bike. Good customer service

I have not ridden it much yet, but the bike seems to be very well designed. I had an issues where a discrepancy existed between what I received and the documentation. The manufacturer addressed this by sending me an new part at no charge.

We have had numerous e-bikes and this…

We have had numerous e-bikes and this one is the best. Our HeyBikes are easy to ride a very well built especially at the folding hinge which is very tight and latched securely. The tires are 4” wide and the widest we’ve had and they are perfect when going off a paved trail into the rough. We are both in our later seventies and feel very comfortable riding them. We highly recommend these bikes.

Inside first year, bad battery

Inside first year, still under warranty, battery goes bad. Customer Support responded but said”sorry, we have no batteries”. Waiting but I doubt I get to use it again.Now they are asking for more details, apparently without checking the 30 emails I sent Support, which has all details, including my response to their troubleshooting questions.

I purchased ranger pro 3.0 horrible experience

I purchased ranger pro 3.0. After assembling the bike i took it for a ride. With in minutes on my first ride steering post started to get loose. In next few minutes it completely came off. I had accident, got injured. I was able to put it back, but that did not help. With in next 10 minutes, whole steering wheel or post came off again. This bike engineered wrong. It had a one inch noob, to hold a 2 foot post. Has no bolt to secure the noob with the post at its base. Simply not usable and deserves lowest rating. DO NOT PURCHASE THIS RANGER PRO 3.0. IT IS VERY POORLY ENGINEERED PRODUCT. COMES APART WHELE IN USE.

⚠️ BUYER BEWARE – DO NOT PURCHASE FROM HEYBIKE ⚠️I purchased a Heybike Villain for my son’s birthday, and the experience has been nothing short of a nightmare.The bike arrived in a severely damaged box, and the issues didn’t stop there: • Warped front wheel (bike is not rideable) • Damaged frame • Broken seat • Missing charger • Missing front plateThis was not a minor issue — the product was completely unusable out of the box.Customer service has been extremely frustrating: • The phone number provided is only for placing orders, not support • Email responses only come between 2am–4am, making communication difficult • After weeks of back and forth, they have failed to provide a proper replacement, refund, or even honor their so-called 14-day trial/return policyI even paid extra for their “shipping insurance,” which has proven to be a total waste of money.At this point, I’ve had no choice but to file a dispute with my credit card company.Bottom line:If you value your time, money, and sanity — DO NOT BUY FROM HEYBIKE. There are far better companies out there that stand behind their products and take care of their customers.

Heybike accidentally shipped us the…

Heybike accidentally shipped us the wrong bushings on one of our two Ranger S front axles. I contacted their support team and dealt with Lynn. She provided us a speedy solution. We are now ready to ride! I would highly recommend Heybike.
