Great cookware I use everyday

Great cookware I use everyday. I text asking for a discount to purchase a set for my daughter. Endy J. Replied and saw that I have virtually every pan they have made in my kitchen. As a retired Culinary Supervisor and Food safety expert, I cook and entertain at home using Hexclad pots and pans everyday and for grand production. Endy helped and got my discount for me. I was a little nervous when I first…

I was a little nervous when I first decided to spend so much on my griddle as I had always bought cheap pans that ended up being disposable. I had an issue with the griddle but the great customer service I got makes me feel great about my decision and about getting other pans from Hexclad in the future!

Issue with Hexclad Hybrid pans sticking…

We had an issue with our Hexclad Hybrid pans and needed help. We emailed in and got a response from Hector C., he was extremly helpful and responsive. We appreciate the efforts made and the resolution that Hector C. was able to provide the same day we first emailed.

Keep your receipts, don’t bother registering your set.

The whole process of warranty replacement appears to be AI. The whole initial Warranty Registration is not honest, they still want your proof of purchase, don’t think “Registration” you’re protected. What if you don’t have the receipt 10 years from now? These pans are mediocre, and you will need the warranty. The Registration is so they have your contact information to market to you. It is not for your protection. Keep your receipts. In my opinion.

Hex Clad lover!

I love all my HexClad that was received in December. I’d cleaned, seasoned and used all but the 5.5 qt covered sauce pan. When I went to use it for the first time the other day I found that even though it looks perfect, it wobbled on the induction range. I took a video of the wobble complete with a level on top and was sent a response the next day that my piece was being replaced. Thank you for quick and satisfactory service!!!
