Great experience!
Herb affair has not only absolutely wonderful products, but also an amazing response team. I have been ordering from them for a while and had wrong products ordered once (it happens, I get it). I emailed the recommended account for help with fixing the order. Although it took about one week for a response, Kristine was kind in her response and is currently fixing the order. I am very grateful for great customer service and great products! Highly recommend!

I was looking for a capsule filler and found the grail
I was looking for a capsule filler for bulk supplements. I found HerbAffairs, Capsule-It, and decided to give it a try. They shipped quickly, it arrived shortly after purchase. Well constructed and comes with easy to understand instruction pamphlet. I had a tiny issue and constacted the company. Kristin responded immediately and went above and beyond expectations to sort my issue out. I am glad I made the purchase from Herb Affair, the capsule-it is worth its weight!!

I have an issue with theft in my neighborhood when it comes to packages and Kristen was very understanding 🙏🏼instead seeking a replacement !! The response was in a timely manner and i really appreciate the customer service. Ill be waiting for it to come still but just based off that i know i wouldn’t have any further issues and if i have any questions i am assured that they will be answered and dealt with !!!I would definitely be ordering more items!!!
