£15 return fee WTF!!!!
Bought a dress from Hello Molly and i guess im in between sizes and when i got the dress it was a bit to tight so need to return. HOwever the quality of the dress was no where near the price of the dress, so it would have gotten returned anyway. When doing the return OMG they charge a £15 return fee like what the F!! how can they do that. Not right. I will NEVER shop with them again. ROBBING BA*%£RDS

Check return police
Was going to order from here but always in between sizes so checked the return policy and £15 to return an item!!!! How can they justify that. Anyway that put me off and I went someone where else

I nearly fell off my chair when I downloaded my return label and was told it cost £15 to return a tiny package! What a rip off. The reason I'm returning is because the quality of the dress is poor.

Avoid this company
Total rip off if you need to return for a refund ! £15 per order deducted from your refund. Avoid!!! Poor quality fabrics.

Don’t order from here
Don’t order from here! You have to pay £15 for returns. Shocking. It’s a real shame because I ordered 3 dresses. One was stunning the other 2 didn’t fit well so I went to send them back and was shocked to find out I had to pay £15 for the pleasure

I am trying to get in touch with…
I am trying to get in touch with customer service to help with a return as the dress was not as expected and I would like a refund. Order Number: HMUS-3521377 It is IMPOSSIBLE to get in touch with a person via phone, email or chat. The only option is the chatbot for basic questions.UPDATE - I finally heard back from someone that helped process the return successfully.

Don’t shop here unless you like see through clothes
I bought a dress from here and it was completely see through and then they charged me £15 just to send it back which is ridiculous.

I had such a great experience with Tanya
I had such a great experience with Tanya— she was absolutely incredible. She was super lovely to chat with, responded quickly and really took the time to resolve my issue.Although there were a few bumps along the way, she handled everything so well and made sure it all got sorted. I genuinely can’t thank her enough for all her help.She’s really restored my faith in Hello Molly as a whole and I truly appreciate the effort she put in. Tanya was fantastic!

Best customer service in a LONG time!!
While the product was absolutely beautiful, my child has hypersensitive skin. Unfortunately, I did have to return the item, however Tanya with Customer Service made that experience as refreshing and easy at it could have possibly been for today's times. Protect her at all costs!
